Dear students,

In the academic year 2025-2026, the university provides accommodation in the C3 and C4 dormitories where students (bachelor's cycle) will be accommodated at the sanitary norm of 4 persons/room.

During the period 04.09.2025 - 14.09.2025, students from years II, III, IV, V, VI who wish to stay must submit their accommodation request to the email address prorectoratstudenti@usvt.ro.

On 22.09.2025, the preliminary accommodation lists with students who have requested accommodation from year I* and students from years II, III, IV, V, VI who submitted accommodation requests during the aforementioned period 04.09.2025 - 14.09.2025 will be posted on the university's website in descending order of averages based on the remaining available places.

Priority for accommodation is given to students from year I, students from years II, III, IV, V, VI (bachelor's cycle) who are summer full-time students and have submitted their accommodation request on time.

During the period:

                   25.09.2025 - 26.09.2025 - accommodation for students from year I

                   27.09.2025 - 28.09.2025 - accommodation for students from years II, III, IV, V, VI

                   30.09.2025 - redistribution of remaining vacant places

                   01.10.2025 - accommodation of remaining vacant places

Students must check in personally, bringing their identity card and a copy of it, as well as 3 photos. Children of teaching staff must bring a certificate endorsed by the educational institution/County School Inspectorate to which their parents - teaching staff belong.

We strongly urge all students who are on the preliminary accommodation lists to confirm their place in the dormitory during the aforementioned period, otherwise there is a risk of not having accommodation in the University campus.

Students on the reserve lists will be accommodated within the limits of remaining available places, starting from 01.10.2025. Depending on the number of requests, there will be several rounds of accommodation until all accommodation spaces are fully occupied.

• Students residing in the municipality of Timișoara and within a radius of 17 km do not benefit from accommodation in the dormitories of the USVT campus
