The Doctoral School within the Faculty of Food Engineering is the first doctoral school in Romania accredited in the field of Food Products Engineering. It has a consolidated tradition in training researchers and academic staff, significantly contributing to the development of food sciences at national and international levels.
The program is intended for Master's graduates who wish to deepen their research activity and contribute to innovation in areas such as food quality and safety, food biotechnologies, advanced technological processes, and the biosecurity of agri-food products.
The doctoral activity combines fundamental and applied research, providing doctoral candidates with the faculty's modern infrastructure, high-performance laboratories, and national and international collaborations.
