The Banat University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine "King Mihai I of Romania" in Timișoara is organizing the selection for hiring experts within the project titled: "Program for increasing performance and innovation in excellent doctoral and postdoctoral research - acronym: PROINVENT, POCU/993/6/13, in which the "Dunărea de Jos" University of Galați is the Partnership Leader and the Banat University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine "King Mihai I of Romania" in Timișoara is partner 6, for the following positions:

2 | Monitoring and evaluation expert for target group activities USAMV | 1 | 20 | Involvement in drafting a continuous monitoring methodology for target group members in accordance with economic environment requirements to improve and streamline doctoral and postdoctoral research activities. Orienting doctoral and postdoctoral research towards the economic-social environment and reducing the application path of CDI activity results through experience exchanges, tutoring, internships, and internships within existing partnerships between the academic and economic-social environment or research institutes. Valuing research results and skills obtained in doctoral/postdoctoral studies by organizing project writing and application workshops to diversify research funding. | Required education: Long-term university studies. - 5 years Required experience: Minimum 5 years of academic experience in doctoral activity, plus experience in project implementation and management. - 5 years Required competencies: Experience in monitoring and evaluating GT activities, in coordinating and programming activities, procedures, and regulations, in developing partnerships and collaborations with partners from the economic or scientific environment. |
Contents of the application file:
a. application form for the recruitment and selection process (standard form, attached to the recruitment and selection announcement – will include the title of the position for which the candidate is applying) – document in printed format, signed and dated.
b. GDPR declaration form (standard form, attached to the recruitment and selection announcement) - document in printed format, signed and dated.
c. justification memorandum (standard form, attached to the recruitment and selection announcement) by which the candidate highlights the degree of fulfillment of the criteria and conditions related to the position intended to be occupied within the project – document in printed format, signed and dated.
d. availability declaration (standard form, attached to the recruitment and selection announcement) regarding the fulfillment of requirements related to working time/schedule and employment period, requested for the intended position – document in printed format, signed and dated.
e. CV, dated and signed on each page, in Europass format, mentioning the project and position targeted by the candidate – document in electronic format on CD;
f. identity document – scan and compliant with the original - or any other document attesting the candidate's identity, according to the law, if applicable - document in electronic format on CD;
g. accompanying justificative documents (scans compliant with the original) – documents in electronic format on CD;
Method of submitting documents – the application file containing the original documents mentioned above at points a) – d) and the CD containing the rest of the documents from the announcement, as well as any appeals, will be submitted according to the calendar in the announcement, at the project beneficiary's headquarters, the Banat University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine King Mihai I of Romania in Timișoara – Registry, at Calea Aradului, no. 119, Timișoara, on working days, Monday – Thursday between 0900 – 1600 and Friday between 900 – 1400. The selection will consist of evaluating the received applications (verifying the eligibility of submitted applications), followed by conducting interviews according to the following schedule:
