ACADEMIC OFFER 2026-2027 (MASTER)

 

For each faculty (119 Calea Aradului, 300645 Timisoara, Romania), the candidates must prepare 2 files:

  1. One file for CNRED for the recognition of previous studies (see instruction:  https://cnred.edu.ro/en/higher-education-studies/opens in a new tab). For the CNRED file, the candidates must send the required documents to this email address: iro@usvt.ro.
  2. One application file for the Faculty the candidates wish to apply to (see the following requirements below):

 

Required documents for the UNIVERSITY file:

  1. APPLICATION FORM (EU CITIZENS) DOC(80.5 KB)opens in a new tab
  2. STUDY DOCUMENT - High School diploma, Bachelor diploma
    1. copy and notarized translation (original) in Romanian language.
  4. Diploma supplement
    1. ​copy and notarized translation (original) in Romanian language.
  6. Identification paper– copy
    1. Birth Certificate – copy and notarized translation (original) in Romanian language;
    2. Passport;
    3. Identity card;
    4. Proof of legal name change, if applicable, copy and notarized translation (original) in Romanian language.
  8. Certificate of Romanian language Preparatory year diploma or certificate of proficiency in Romanian, for those applying for Romanian studies.
  9. Certificate of language competence English/French – Minim B1 level, issued by an authorized institution
    1. Exception – the candidates coming from countries where the official language of the state is the language in which the courses are being conducted or which show, with school documents, that they have attended the courses in that language.
  11. Three (3) photos - passport size
  12. Medical Certificate (in an international language) to prove that the person registered for studies does not suffer from spreading diseases or other illnesses that are incompatible with the future profession.
  13. Proof of payment for the file processing fee: 100 Euro receipt. A bank statement of the transaction as proof of payment is required. When making the transaction, please include the following information as details for the payment:
  • The name of the University (USVT)
  • The name of the candidate
  • The type of fee: file processing

 

All fees and taxes (admission, enrolment, urgent delivery and tuition) must be paid in Euro, in the following account (please mention the name of the candidate):

For ENROLLMENT the candidates must bring the required documents in original.

For the duration of their academic studies in Romania, EU citizens must also obtain a registration certificate. This document is obtained after enrolment when the EU citizens are on Romanian territory.
