Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R)
The Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) is an initiative of the European Commission aimed at improving the policies of research institutions to create a supportive, fair, and attractive environment for researchers. It is aligned with the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, promoting ethical research, transparent recruitment, career development, and work-life balance.
