The Board of Administration of the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Banat “King Michael I of Romania” in Timișoara, convened in an extraordinary meeting on 07.03.2021, in accordance with the provisions of art. 11 and art. 76 of the University Charter, the provisions of art. 123 and art. 213 para. 13 of L.E.N. no. 1/2011 with subsequent amendments and completions,
Taking into account the Decision of the County Committee for Emergency Situations Timiș dated 06.03.2021 regarding the establishment of a zonal quarantine measure for the Municipality of Timișoara, Moșnița Nouă Commune, Ghiroda Commune, Giroc Commune, and Dumbrăvița Commune, Timiș County, issues this
DECISION
Art.1. It is approved that the conduct of educational activities continues in a “hybrid system” during the zonal quarantine of the Municipality of Timișoara (the next 14 days), starting from 08 March 2021, at 00:00, and the presence of students and the manner of conducting “face-to-face” activities shall be carried out in accordance with the decisions made at the beginning of the II semester of the 2020-2021 academic year.
Art.2. This resolution is communicated to all interested parties and is posted on the university's website.
