Bălan Ioana Mihaela

University assistant (2004-2007); head of works (2007-2014); lecturer (2014-2025). With over 20 years of experience, she is the holder of courses in Quality Management and Food Security. Her teaching activity is complemented by international collaborations, being a visiting professor at universities in Georgia and the Democratic Republic of Congo, thus contributing to the dissemination of knowledge and the development of academic collaborations at a global level. Scientific activity: Author and co-author of over 160 scientific papers published in prestigious national and international journals, as well as several books published by internationally recognized publishers (Taylor & Francis, CRC Press, MDPI). Her professional and scientific activity has been recognized through numerous national and international awards. She is a reviewer for prestigious scientific journals and an evaluator-reporter within the Executive Unit for Financing Higher Education, Research, Development, and Innovation.
