During more than 20 years of teaching activity, he aimed for the theoretical and practical training of students to be conducted at the highest standards, alongside acquiring skills that would allow them to integrate into a labor market that is hard to predict. In this context, alongside the establishment of new study programs (Landscape Architecture, taught in English, Applied Laboratory Sciences, Phytopharmaceutical Biotechnologies, Urban Ecodesign), he introduced a series of new courses for both the bachelor's and master's levels, including: Leadership and Organizational Behavior, Conditioning and Preservation of Biotechnological Products, Quality Management in the Laboratory, Management and Conservation of Genetic Resources, Bioinformatics, Nanotechnology, Artificial Intelligence, etc. Another aspect pursued during this period was the way student internships were conducted. In this regard, he focused on establishing partnerships with economic agents, where students can carry out their field practice, contributing significantly to the insertion of students into the labor market. He has been coordinating doctoral theses since 2017. Managerial activity: Dean of the Faculty of Horticulture and Forestry (since 2016).
