Teaching staff (since 1986), at the Agronomic Institute of Timișoara, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, subjects: Ecology, Animal Biology (fr.), Parasitology and Parasitic Diseases (ro., fr.), professor (since 2001); vice-dean FMVT (2000-2004); dean FMVT (2004-2012); prorector USAMVB (2012-2016); President of the Senate USAMVBT (2016-2024). Research: protozoology; helminthology; arachnoentomology; mycology and mycotic diseases; pathology of wild animals, resistance and pseudoresistance, 4 patents. Publications: 28 books published by publishers, of which 2 awarded with two prizes each: “Cryptosporidiosis,” ed. Agroprint (2010), Romanian Academy Prize and ASAS Prize; “Treatise on Veterinary Medicine - Veterinary Parasitology” ed. Risoprint (2014), Romanian Academy Prize and ASAS Prize. Of the 28 books, 5 are in French and one in English. In 2023 I published a monograph in collaboration in a foreign publisher (MDPI). 594 scientific works published, cited 1795 times via Google Scholar, H-index 22.
