Conducted between 2004 and 2024, within the Faculty of Management and Rural Tourism, it included: guiding diploma projects and dissertation works on specific topics of the taught subjects, coordinating specialized practice, mentoring activities for students as a year dean, as well as teaching continuously updated courses within the disciplines of Production Management, Management of Agritourism Farms, Management in Tourism, Management of Tourist Accommodation Structures, as well as Hotel and Restaurant Technology.
