PhD student (1999-2003), university assistant (2003-2008), Faculty of Agriculture, USAMVB Timișoara; head of works (2008-2016) USAMVB Timișoara; university lecturer (since 2016), University of Life Sciences "King Michael I" Timișoara; he is the holder of the courses - Forage Crops - specialization Plant Protection (bachelor's), Grassland Culture and Biological Production of Forages (master's study program - Ecological Agriculture). Since 2012 he has been the coordinator/responsible for the specialization in Agriculture IFR and since 2013 he has been the coordinator of the master's program in Ecological Agriculture. He has coordinated research and consultancy projects, gaining experience in project and team management while maintaining quality standards. The results of the research have materialized in book publications, course support scientific papers in the country and abroad. Numerous participations in specialized congresses have led to increased visibility in the scientific community. He was an expert evaluator for CNCSIS for the Ideas and Human Resources programs.
