University assistant (2002−2020); head of courses in the subjects of Cattle Breeding Technology - Technological Design, Animal Production - Cattle (2020-present); he is the scientific coordinator for diploma projects and dissertation papers; he has brought a useful approach to the students' internships through partnerships established with the economic environment in the field of animal husbandry and trips with students during the internship period in the counties of Timis, Arad, Bihor, Sibiu, Alba, Brașov, Hunedoara, Suceava, where fourth-year students can carry out their internship, acquiring the skills required by the economic environment. These acquired skills lead to a better integration of graduates in the job market in the field of animal husbandry.
