Preparator (2006-2013); university assistant (2014-2016); head of works (since 2016). During the 20 years of university teaching activity, she has advocated for the training of students and graduates who choose the teaching profession, as well as for continuous training and improvement of psycho-pedagogical and teaching preparation, to be conducted at the highest standards, in accordance with professional aspirations and interests, so that they can provide good practices in the labor market and in the educational environment. She is a member of the commission for the equivalence of psycho-pedagogical studies of teaching staff and graduates within the university. She voluntarily conducts psycho-pedagogical and professional counseling activities; she is responsible for the activity of the Career Counseling and Guidance Center of the Department, providing guidance regarding professional integration through the development and practice of "soft skills," facilitating the socio-professional integration of graduates.
