Teaching staff at the Faculty of Agriculture, USAMVBT (USVT "King Michael I") (1996-present); currently a full professor in the fields of Special Entomology, General Entomology, Entomology, Applied Zoology in agroecosystems, Monitoring and control of invasive species in ecosystems. Supervisor of PhD students in the field of Agronomy (2010-present) with 7 completed doctoral theses focusing on the monitoring and control of invasive pest insects in agroecosystems or the management of frequent pests in crops through classical and biological methods. Scientific Secretary of the Faculty of Agriculture (2008-2012) Member of editorial committees of various specialized journals: Research Journal of Agricultural Science (2008-2012), Journal of Environmental Science and Agricultural Research, International Journal of Environment and Climate Change, SGEM, Asian Journal of Agricultural and Horticultural Research (2020-present) Expert evaluator in the CNCSIS and CEEX grant competition, IDEI, Bridge Grant, PTE (2007-present).
