(1984 - Present) theoretical and practical training of students at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral university cycles; coordination of bachelor's theses, dissertation projects, guidance of doctoral theses. Managerial activity: associate dean/scientific secretary (1996-1998); head of the Department of Biotechnology (1998-2008); dean of the Faculty of Animal Science and Biotechnology (2008–2019). Scientific activity: first author/co-author of 433 scientific papers, of which 310 papers in foreign languages, 16 papers presented abroad, and 44 indexed in ISI; 22 scientific papers cited; director or member of the research team on 40 contracts.
