Editorial activity (books): Merchandising of agri-food products (2007), Agri-food merchandising – plant-based products (2003), Estimating the quality of fruit juices using automatic analyzers (2003), over 200 scientific papers published in national and international scientific volumes, member of the scientific committees of journals and scientific events.
