Associate teaching staff (2002-2003); preparatory (2003-2005); assistant (2005-2008); lecturer (2008-2013); conference speaker (2013-2021); professor (2021-2025) in the subjects of Consumer Behavior, Packaging and Design, Tourism Operations Techniques, Sales Techniques and Merchandising, Market Research Methods. The editorial activity follows the teaching and research fields addressed and materializes in: 6 books published by recognized publishers, of which 5 as sole author, two national patents, scientific papers published in visible journals, 15 national and international awards for the two patents, UEFISCIDI awards for articles with visibility, member of the scientific committees of journals and scientific events, guest editor for international journals. Doctoral supervisor: by obtaining the habilitation certificate in 2021 within IOSUD-USAMV Cluj-Napoca, and from 2023, by transfer, within IOSUD-USVT, when participating as a coordinator in the establishment of the new doctoral field Engineering and Management in Agriculture and Rural Development within IOSUD-USVT, SD IRVA, which was accredited in February 2024, and from September 2024 coordinates the first doctoral student with a scholarship in the newly established field.
