The "Machinery and Installations for Agriculture and the Food Industry" study program trains mechanical engineers with technical and managerial competencies in the design, operation, and maintenance of equipment specific to the agricultural and food industries. Graduates acquire knowledge in technological processes, mechanization and automation, maintenance and service, as well as the ability to use software for process simulation and modeling.

The emphasis is placed on adapting to the current demands of the industry, complying with European standards, and integrating engineering knowledge into practical work. Training is supplemented by interdisciplinary cooperation, activities in modern laboratories, and access to the infrastructure of the university and its industrial partners.
