About this program

The "Conditioning, Preservation, and Tasting of Wines" Master's program is addressed to university graduates in the relevant field, as well as those already active in viticulture, winemaking, oenotourism, and the wine industry who wish to deepen their training.

The program offers the opportunity to acquire advanced knowledge regarding the technology of obtaining, preserving, and conditioning wines, as well as the techniques of presentation, tasting (degustation), analysis, and commercialization.

The mission of this program is to prepare specialists capable of successfully integrating into the economic environment at a time when the global wine market is expanding. Students gain competencies in professional wine tasting, quality evaluation, fraud identification, and contribute to the creation of a body of well-trained experts capable of supporting the sustainable and responsible development of the viti-vinicultural sector.

The program is bilingual, conducted in French, facilitating the integration of graduates into international specialized markets.
