The "Quality of Viti-Vinicultural Products and By-products" Master's program is dedicated to training specialists with complex preparation, capable of evaluating and managing aspects related to the quality of products and by-products obtained in the wine-growing and winemaking sector. The focus is on deepening the theoretical and practical knowledge gained during the Bachelor's cycle and supplementing it with advanced competencies necessary for rapid integration into the national and European labor market.
The program addresses a stringent need: the development of specialists capable of contributing to the maintenance and improvement of the quality of viti-vinicultural products, prevention of counterfeiting (fraud), and the guaranteeing of food safety. Students are familiarized with modern technologies used in European viticulture and have the opportunity to engage in research projects regarding the conservation of genetic resources through the identification and valorization of local varieties and biotypes.
Graduates acquire multiple and interdisciplinary competencies, allowing them to work in production, quality control, research, and consultancy.
