The Urban Ecodesign Master's program trains specialists capable of designing, developing, and maintaining urban green spaces, integrating knowledge from multiple disciplines and elaborating complex projects. It aligns with the broader Smart City concept, where technology is used to improve the quality of life for inhabitants by reducing pollution, streamlining transport and energy consumption, improving the relationship between citizens and authorities, and developing a sustainable urban environment.

The curriculum offers students knowledge of: digital graphic techniques, urban floricultural and pomicultural ecotechnologies, territorial and urban planning, green cadastre, and the impact of climate change on urban vegetation. It also includes innovative disciplines such as vertical gardens and green roofs, Japanese gardens and Ikebana, computer-aided design techniques, and smart technologies for green space maintenance.

The program's mission is to train specialists capable of addressing the challenges of the current urban environment by integrating modern technologies and sustainability principles into landscape architecture and ecodesign.
