The "Land Measurements and Cadastre" specialization trains specialists prepared to contribute to the development and maintenance of the national cadastre system and the application of legislation in the field of land tenure and property. The program offers solid theoretical and practical knowledge regarding topographic measurements, cartography, the use of precision instruments, data processing, and the preparation of cadastral documentation.
The curriculum is focused on developing the necessary skills for drawing up plans and maps, land management, and property valuation, with applicability in the agricultural and construction sectors, in accordance with the national legislation in force. Students acquire professional communication and institutional relationship skills, useful in dealing with authorities, private companies, and beneficiaries of cadastral services.
