ADMISSION CRITERIA FOR MASTER

The candidates will be ranked based on the general admission average.

The general admission average is calculated with two decimals without rounding as follows:

• 40% arithmetic average of the years of study;
• 30% average of the diploma/license exam;
• 30% grade obtained at the oral test (interview based on a topic approved by the Faculty Council organizing the master's degree studies).

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION

For admission registration, candidates/authorized persons will submit the following documents:

A) in original and xerox copies for certification "according to the original" at the time of registration;

• baccalaureate diploma and bachelor's degree (or equivalents),
• transcript/supplement to the diploma from the graduated high school/university,
• birth certificate;
• name change documents, if applicable (marriage certificate, court decisions, etc.)
• for master's students/graduates pursuing a second specialization, supporting documents for the certification of the followed master's degree study regime (budget/fee).

B) other documents

• standard medical certificate indicating that the person registering for admission is fit for the field they are applying for;
• copy of the identity card;
• 3 color photos 3/4;
• receipt representing the registration fee;
• for children of teaching and auxiliary teaching staff currently active (pre-university and higher education) a certificate with the endorsement of the School Inspectorate or the educational institution, and for orphans or children of retired teaching and auxiliary teaching staff, supporting documents (for exemption from the registration fee);
• for children of employees or retirees of U.S.V.T. as well as for its employees, a certificate issued by the Human Resources Department for exemption from the registration fee;
• language proficiency certificate for a widely spoken international foreign language;
• envelope file.
