Activity Flow

1. Your registration is done at the REGISTRY service (link) where it is necessary to complete some documents (link) in accordance with current legislation and the provisions of our university's internal regulations.
2. Preliminary examination will be done at the TRIAGE POINT (link), after which you and your animal will be accompanied to the specialized clinics (link).
3. Specialized examination takes place in one or more CLINICS (link) and SPECIALIZED SERVICES (link), where you will be presented with your animal's diagnosis, treatment options – including costs, and evaluation of recovery chances (prognosis). Your written consent (link documents – consent) is required for each medical procedure your animal will undergo, which also involves assuming their costs. Our specialized staff may recommend the hospitalization of the animal in the UNIVERSITY VETERINARY HOSPITAL (link).
4. Payment of costs for the veterinary medical services your animal has benefited from is done at the REGISTRY service (link). Payment can be made in cash.
